I use internet doctors and researcher reports to get information I might not have from my doctors. Helps me evaluate and understand what I am hearing. If I don't like what I hear, I can then get another opinion or ask intelligent questions.
There probably was a time when some people thought books were a waste of time. The internet is just the modern invention of the printed word. Early adopters gain the advantage of new technology before the masses or late adopters. A person wants to be on the leading-edge but not the bleeding edge of technology. | |
