I would always bin the wheat and send a sample to NDGI to get full sample grade that way I know exactly what I have for quality and could market it. If you have something they need they pay pretty decent. Mankato mill is the smallest and limited to what grades they accept, Hastings is the biggest and take a wide range of quality. | |
