Southern Indiana | Typical horse person story. Was selling a little hay to a local couple. They took 2 pickup loads off a wagon and wanted the rest but didn't have room so I agreed to keep it for them since I wouldn't need the wagon for a few weeks. When they came back the lady said they didn't want it because is just didn't look right. Same hay 2 weeks before they said was fantastic. Husband intervened and they took it but she was not happy. Next time they called it was "No hay for you".
As someone who was in the hay business for 40 years my advice is corn and soybeans seems like a good rotation. | |
