Lots of hay for sale on Facebook marketplace here or in farm papers, and several regional hay auctions as well. We buy a lot of hay from neighbors, but also use the marketplace and farm paper options. Our local hay sale folded up, but the local consignment auctions do have hay from time to time and we bid on hay there as well.
