One other consideration we had found when we used to feed grain mix in bunks and free choice hay--Rumensin has stronger flavor that they have to get used to and Bovitec doesn't so they seemed to start on feed easier. In a TMR it is more diluted so that doesn't matter but if you are only feeding a few pounds in the bunk it is a much higher concentration.
