When Neil Armstrong said that's one small step for man one giant leap for mankind people were stunned .Dad was in the hayfields putting up hay but came home to watch the whole thing.He was speechless an noticed him crying a bit.Neil was such a humble guy never thought he was anything special.Just an old farm boy turned astronaut.Dad really thought a lot off him an the whole crew.Watced the appollo 11 liftoff a few days before.Neil gave the thumbs up before take off you things were going to be fine.
