It is all in perspective.
I have bought 2 farms where the previous renter complained about me "stealing" their ground.
Both farms were folks who I had done chores for, cut weeds for, cleared snow for, and many other things for over 30 years before they rented their ground. I continued doing those things after they had the ground rented out.
