I actually agree with this ass clown. While there were local areas of crop damage, the benefit of the rain at pollination time over a huge area simply will outweigh the small areas of significant yield loss. That being said, I feel sorry for those who suffered damage but it must have not been considered too bad as crop prices keep tanking.
