West central ND | Had reverse shoulder about 6 weeks ago. No pain after 2 days. Not even tylenol. Immobilizer off after 5 weeks. Not doing strengthening exercises yet. Therapy actually feels good. Do about 1/2 hour of therapy in the morning and evening. Plan on doing therapy for at least 6 months or more if you want success. I had a regular total shoulder on the other side 9 years ago. In the winter time I still do exercises in the winter. Therabands for strength. I use green ones. You will be started on yellow bands then red. Therabands are a poor man's weight machine. | |
