I see lots of talk but I haven't seen practical information.  That is, where can a person get it, how much do you take?

My wife now has after a visit to family.  The rest of the family also has covid.  I'm the only hold out.  But I'd certain like to avoid it if possible or get over it quickly.  Lots of work left this summer.

Email is good, sorry I haven't replied to a couple of people, we've been on the go.  Probably why she got covid, plane ride.
