Is anyone familiar with these systems and what this antenna is (brand/model)? It has a crack in it and the system never gets past the acquiring signal step of booting. The system was purchased 12/20 and they are saying it’s no longer supported by Valley. So I’m wondering if a receiver not sourced from valley might work?
