Mendota illinois | I had the same thing happen probably 25 years ago, using the chisel, I seen a spark didn’t really feel anything in my leg but all of a sudden there is blood on my leg. I went to the doctor and he said the same thing, he would do more damage by taking it out, so I left it alone, leaving it in the leg, it also came very close to some very private parts, so I’m still have it in my leg someplace I’ve had no problems. Good luck with whatever you do.
