Shoes with velcro. Like everyone has said use the ice machine, do what your told. Had both done first one I couldn't handle the pain without taking pain pills 2 every 4 hours for over a week, 2nd one took pain pills a couple days and then quit didn't even take Tylanol. Good luck it takes time to heal
