Everything in moderation is my mantra.

We all die in the end. Be as healthy and active as possible but live life. A single Twinkie won’t kill you. But, lots of them likely could. A single use of a “bad” oil won’t kill you. But, lots of it likely could. A single use of “good” oil won’t save you. But, lots of it could.

Or, you could eat so healthy that life is miserable and then die in a car wreck. Or a lightning strike. Or a heart attack. Some of the healthiest people I know have killed over from a health issue.

Lard has been good for you. Then has been bad. Same as butter, eggs, milk, coffee….


This is the exact sentiment I posted below that you argued with me about. I think we have far more in common than you think.
