North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast | I have always had bouts of insomnia most of my adult life (mom never slept much).
Mentioned it to Dr 6 weeks ago during wellness check and she suggested take BP meds at night, would calm my BP and help me sleep. She was right, I do sleep much better but now have that cough congestion crap you all are talking about.
Will discuss with Doc next visit. |
