In a circle, if the volume is measured by the square of the radius of the circle.
So a 30 foot bin has a 15 foot radius. 15X15 = 225
A 60 foot bin has a 30 foot radius. 30X30 = 900

Therefore, all else being equal, there would be 4X as much left in a 60 foot bin, than your 30 foot. By all else being equal I mean the slope of the grain to the sump, and assuming no side sumps were involved.
