North Central Kansas | I took it for several years. Had the dry cough. We were on vacation in Germany when I woke up and couldn’t breath. My airway was closed. It was not a fun experience. Came home and went to Dr. put me on Losartan. Works good. Dr tried to put me on Metoprolol. Thought it would help. Started it in January. By March I was not feeling very good. I would feel lethargic and run down. I was trying to lose weight and had bought a Fitbit watch to monitor my pulse rate. I could walk 3-4 miles and my pulse would never go over 70. My resting pulse was in the low 40’s. Dr tried to tell me my watch wasn’t right. When I went in and my pulse was 42 they decided I should stop the metoprolol. It took several weeks to wean off of it. | |
