Southeast Colorado | Back when the kids were younger and lived at home my wife had a cookbook that was full of meals you cooked all in one day, but lasted a month (or longer). She would spend the weekend making lots of meals that went directly into the freezer.............and could be pulled out and warmed up quickly whenever she didn't want to take the time to prepare a full meal.
There were some pretty good recipes that she still uses today. | |
