You are SERIOUSLY making my mouth water!!!!!  I LOVE Cajun food and my aunt lives in the New Orleans area so I have to have my fix whenever I go down there.  I love those dishes (Except for the greens) but my favorite is a shrimp po-boy.  Can't get that up here as they make it with special bread and the breading on the shrimp is unique too.  WOO HOO! 

I have this king cake mix at home and WAS going to make it for Fat Tuesday but the other holiday stuff like paczki and Valentine's sweets.

Mam Papaul's also makes a FABULOUS lemon cake mix--I highly recommend it.  It's a little pricey but believe you me, it is MUCH better than Betty Crocker, Duncan Hines, and Pillsbury put together--plus, it has the frosting mix in with it.
