Here is my easy tuna casserole dish... good for you and delicious as well! (You can substitute the white pasta for brown/soups for low sodium if you want). ![](http://www.surrogacy.ca/images/sally/tunacasserole1.jpg) What you need... 4 Fresh green onions finely chopped/sliced 2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup (do not add milk/water) 2-3cups of baby seashell noodles 1 large can of peas (drained) 2 cans flaked white tuna (drained)
