Subject: can also freeze the cooked meat

Pittsburg, Kansas

You can freeze that after it is cooked also.

Wife does that on purpose sometimes so she will have some meat ready to heat up and serve on short notice. Don't want to leave it in the freezer for an exceptionally long time already cooked, but should be good for three months or so, maybe up to six months. She slices it up ready to serve before freezing (puts a little of the juice from cooking back on it to keep it moist). Quick lunch just heated up and serve.

Vacuum sealed stays fresh the best and longest.
