MT | We were at a Lowes I think and a guy with a shopping cart full and overflowing with gas powered weed eaters and power tools comes hurriedly through the garden department. Didn't stop at the cash register and as a result the alarm goes off. He never paid for anything. Lady at register stated he did that all the time and there was nothing they the employees could do to stop him. Each time the guy shoplifted he had his white pickup parked at a certain spot with the license plates removed. The employees were instructed to not get in the man's way. | |
