I'm going to disagree with the consensus on here about the front weight. It is overweighted in the front. It is forcing the front to pull when the rear should be. But due to lack of footprint the rear cannot nor can the front. Considering tire size, he needs zero weights because he cannot achieve traction regardless.
He needs rubber then weight accordingly. It's just not right.
