As others have said the tire ratios may be off and the manual should tell you all about that if you go to the tire section.  Front duals are a big watch out on those as they weren't designed for them and Deere discourages them.  We had an older 8300 with 20.8R-42 rears and 16.9R-30 fronts and pulling heavier loads never made it hop.  Had 10 or 12 front weights and no rear weight.  Most it ever pulled though was a 26.5' 630 disc and even with the wheels jacked up it handled it perfectly up to 7mph if needed.  Pulled a 12/23 1780 that could be pretty heavy on some hills with no issue.  Your applications may not need any weight at all, or you may need to find some scales and consult the manual for the proper ballasting.  We're all no-till but all our tractors have been setup at the factory and have all been flawless.
