Subject: RE: AC schrader valve core for Case IH 6150 combine

Holly Hill, SC
This is by far the most minor problem I have had with the machine. No oil in unloader elbow gear box, holes left in auger tube allowing grain in pivot spout, hydro neutral switch can't be adjusted to work, bolts and hoses loose (lost hydraulic oil twice), wires not crimped on mud hog, slats on feeder chain not tight, unload tube support would not support tube without modifications, clean grain auger not welded at auger/stub shaft, bent main shaft in chopper gearbox, machining on hub at chopper gearbox not true, thrust bearing on fan drive not pressed on straight causing wobble, monitor had old version installed causing problems, yield monitor is very inconsistent (compared to my older Case machines), bearing lock not clearing bearing bolt causing it and sensor to go bad on return auger, Main hydrostat line rubbing against bolt for fan bearing, noisy clean grain elevator (was told this is normal). I have done 95% of the repairs. Currently waiting on Case to at least offer the parts for the chopper gear box which is still pending. Service department has made efforts to help fix under warranty but needed repairs done quicker than they could have provided. Has not been a good experience. Mother Case has made zero effort to make things right. At a minimum I need an apology.
