North End I-15 | Not necessarily . Our oldest daughter was born with a congenital heart defect and bad hips . My wife exercised her hips doing the strength and straightening exercises the Dr/s recommended .(hours on end , day upon day ) Doctors did not think she would ever be able to walk . @ 6 months she popped up and started walking . Never crawled an inch in her life .
43 years later she is a healthy vibrant woman , Mother , Grand mother ! :>)
