| I talked to a gentleman the other day who had been fired multiple times for going to work drunk and high.
He says there is nothing wrong with doing that and it is not his fault he lost those jobs.
Drug testing just works against the occasional user, ,or the guy that thinks it shouldn't go against him.
The hard core users can pass a drug test no problem.
I had a couple guys I knew were drug users apply to work for me and made the mistake of thinking the drug test would weed them out. It didn't.
I have heard that 85% of the work force uses illegal drugs at least occasionally.
