Western Oregon | I only plat a 10' row of yellow wax beans. We eat them fresh and the extra get pickled with Walla Walla sweet onions. We also make bean salad with them and a can of white beans or red kidney beans when we slow down eating them fresh. 8-10 beans is enough for us as a side with a meal. This time of year we only cook 1 meal a day. Breakfast is a little oatmeal and fresh fruit. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and hascaps are loaded.
