Subject: How much water growing tomatoes in containers

East Central Arkansas
I know it depends on a lot of things and I don't want to over or under water. I have 30 gallon drums with a good 15 gallons of soil. They have drainage holes in bottom. It looks like they are about to set a good heavy crop if the chemical drift doesn't continue to hit them to hard. One plant to each barrel. So say 1/2 gallon every day or every two days or what. I really probably should be thing about all those plants up in the garden instead of these two plants.
