NCIL | Assuming you have everything set up correctly, the first step to ATIG is making sure the tractor steers straight. So turn it off until you can consistently keep the tractor on 0 or 1" of error. Then turn on ATIG and watch your inches of error. With a 8R and a NT planter I usually have to turn down heading lead and line sensitivity heading to stay on 0. Have also found running deep tillage on the same heading as the planter helps a ton. | |
