Both are ATU 300. I moved the Greenstar harness, 2600 and 6000 globe from the 7420 to the 4840. Autotrack was working in the 7420. The 4840 has a new ATU 300.
I know when I installed the generic harness, an atu 300 and 6000 into our 7430 (no factory wiring for autosteer) I couldn't get it all to work because I believe I didn't have a terminator block clipped in all the way. If it worked before I'd agree that either a wire/plug is loose or the atu is bad-which id assume is pretty rare if new. Is the monitor seeing the reciever?
Edit-this may seem stupid but I know my resume button is a 3 way switch, off neutral and resume-may cause issues if it is off and not neutral.
