Chatham Ontario. | Deereman, I'm in the same boat as you although you are much faster at achieving success than me. Lol. Almost every piece of ground I have bought or purchased had a significant problem. Weeds, drainage,rotation or fallen down buildings. Some have taken 25 years before I'm happy with the outcome. I've had neighbors tell me to my face that "that farm" is no good. My wife gets a little frustrated with me tidying up rental farms but I have very strong loyalty from my landlords. | |
