Nope. Some are just mindless. Someone about got dead on a 2 lane country highway going out of town this morning, walking on the shoulder line in the direction of traffic wearing a beige T shirt on their phone. Truck ahead of me didn’t miss them by much and didn’t swerve and I was upon them pretty quickly myself.
Am I just too old?
