Connection of the cable to the battery at the battery terminals would be suspect number 1. Even if it looks good, it may not be. Remove, clean, reassemble.

If you are not blowing the fuse, you are not overloaded. I would have the pump power on a separate circuit as I have seen the voltage pulses they can create cause issues with hydraulic seed drives before.
