McCanna, ND | We ran the previous version of the Trimble APMD, called ez pilot?? The AES is miles better than the ez pilot ever was. Way better than ATU systems as well. It’s every bit as good or better than a hydraulic system when running it with a wheel angle sensor. The unlocks are fairly reasonable cost, $3-750 per unlock gets most/all of them.
I think this is my 3rd or 4th year with the AES wheels. Everyone comments how nice they steer and they pick those tractors over our one tractor with hydraulic steering.
