When you're making the setup file, are you checking the box for the field AND the new boundary? I see you have tile lines and guidance lines and stuff in there too. You don't need to send those of course but do need to have the boundary checked. Then after import on the screen, triple check that you're on the right C/F/F that's in your first pic.
