Yes I have tried swapping the scm as well. I thought we tried reflashing it as well. Have tried so many things can't remember for sure. I noticed there is a 4.4 version. Mine is currently on the 4.2.
For the times I've had it on manual it hasn't acted up. Need to run it longer on to confirm that it doesn't act up then.
Typically the signal stays green the entire time. 5-10% of the time it will drop to the yellow or grey. Not very often though.
