Frozen meats can be be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. There should be a date on the package, check to see if how old they are. Also, be sure the retailer is not thawing froazen breasts & selling them. If so, they shouldn't be refrozen.

Wife buys frozen Tyson chicken breasts from Sam's for use in her catering business and has never had a problem. Usually about as long as she will keep them in a freezor is 1 month. These are "skinless, boneless" breats & are mainly used in chicken & noodles, chicken salad & such. For serving baked or grilled chicken she uses a froxen "boneless, skin-on" breast from GFS. She buys frozen & keeps frozen till needed, even transports them home in a freezor bag
