Roann In. | Quit drinking hot coffee number of years ago. Bought a cold brew stand and never looked back. Was told that the process of heating coffee beans and making hot coffee raises the acid level in the coffee making process. Really don't miss warm or hot coffee, make about a gallon a week or more and keep it in the fridge. Kinda handy not having to worry if the coffee is warm enough, drink a fair amount iced in the summers. But, I will be the first to admit I'm a weird duck too..................... | |
