Subject: RE: Weather station advice

NE Indiana
I got a tempest weather station about 2 weeks ago and so far it's been pretty accurate. I also have an atlas, but it loses connection about once a week, and I have to power it down and turn it back on then it works again. Haven't gotten any rain bigger than .3 on the tempest so not sure how it's going to do with heavy rainfall. Honestly, I don't even know how it measures rain because it just has a dome on top.

Only downside to the Tempest is it doesn't have a display, so you have to view the data on your phone.
