Our township department that disposed of my son and many others over the last 5 years is having problems. I talked to a paramedic today that is still there today. The township recently went through a safety audit. The results were they need 6 more full time employees during all shifts.
In the last 2 months there have been 6 new hires and 3 have already quit. The 6 additional needed by the audit were before the 3 quit so now they need 9 new employees. They have 1 new applicant on file. Our township administrator is the problem. I have mentioned her before on this forum in regards to having her jaw wired shut. She is only digging herself a deeper grave. Other area departments pay $20+ more an hour. Why would you want to work here?
