+1 Pellet machinery has really improved since I was a kid. Had pigeons here too. Got a new pellet gun with a 10 round clip and scope on it. I use an LED light on a headband and a small handheld LED light. Can kill a lot of birds in a hurry. Do that a couple of nights and they should be cleaned out.
