| Since you're not getting help, here goes. I'd personally stay away from the 9682. Search posts on here, the transmissions are problematic and parts are scarce or not available, and even if you fix it you still have a problematic trans. I've run both of those a lot and like both of them, but the cab is nicer on the Deere. When the 9400 gets closer to 4000 hours you need to start serious maintenance. If you buy it, I'd have Deere jack up the axles and check for end play now. Closer to 4000, water pump, injectors and hinge area. Here again, search old posts, talked about a lot. 3000 hours on a 9400 is pretty low, make sure that is correct | |
