I'd like one of those WPA project programs for my car. No money down, 2% for 40 years. Sounds a lot sweeter than me just paying cash for my EV, with no tax credits or anything else. Imagine how many cars that Elon could sell with those terms. I guess the way you figure, that wouldn't be a subsidy ??
If it is a loan that is paid back in full plus interest, I figure that it's a loan. I have no problems with loans.
