Subject: RE: "Charging at superchargers costs more than fueling a mid-to-upper 20 MPG gas burner"

Milford, IL
My comment was based upon Ed's agtalk posts and his experience travelling long distance in his EV and charging at superchargers. Post history is someplace here on Agtalk, Im not going to dig it up, its a public forum and its out there somewhere.

When Ed posted on Agtalk about his long distance trip and fueling costs, I did the math and discerned that we can run an (ancient) luxury sedan cheaper per mile than a modern EV. It seems your fueling costs are lower, thats all well and good. IMO doesnt change the fact that EVs are best suited for homeowners, and better yet homeowners equipped with solar chargining capability.
