It's all in the quality of the light. Somewhat price related but not 100%
that's where it pays to buy from a local supplier that has sold lots of led lights and knows which ones are good.
All the led highbay fixtures I sell have a full 5 year warranty. But I won't stand behind the led tubes or integrated fixtures for that long as I know and tell customers they are not the same quality. And only advise to use them in very limited cases. They just are not enough cheaper than a quality fixture to make them worthwhile.

It's a manufacturer's dream, planned obsolescence that no one can easily prove.
I like watching electrical engineers online, who explain how all this stuff works. Some countries require an LED bulb to last a long time, so the manufacturers simply don't over-drive too much current into the same bulbs. They also explain which ones are built to last.
Basically, an LED light should last almost indefinitely, unless they build in ways for it to fail. Using cheaper components are the easiest way to make them fail, but there's also a lot of money in replacing the drivers.
