| I saw that Mazda has a PHEV and thought it was an interesting option, but I never ran across a Toyota or Mazda with that option.
We looked at several Ford Escape hybrids and then started seeing where they had fire issues...they also seemed under engineered vs the Toyota. It is my understanding that they use ver 1 of Toyota's hybrid design, which is interesting as they seemed to hold up well too. I know someone that had a 1st gen Prius and got at least 10 years out of it, driving it heavily. | |
