The manager said they haven't been doing large meat sales since early in covid because people just buy it no matter the cost. It's other items then skimp on.



Either you or your store manager are FOS with this story about that being the cheapest they've been able to buy/sell pork loin.

That is the exact same group that our locally owned grocery stores (not the Hyvee and Fareway) source their product from.    Pork loin has been sub $2/lb on a regular basis in the local stores here.     Also, by the appearance of their ads, I'd bet that the 3 stores I mentioned in the prior post with pork loin on sale get their product from AWG as well.

If there's price gouging going on on pork loin, its in your local store.
