Unfortunately there is 2 choices, pay them or do it yourself.......we do as much of the latter as we can
We have had the same bad luck. Last year twice we were charged 150.00 dollars just for the call for service plus time spent travelling and assessing the problems and then to not have the issue resolved. Also had parts replaced on a one year old grain dryer because the service man did not know how to properly diagnose the issues (i.e. put a new part on and then call the factory to get it to work when the solution for the new part would likely have worked for the old part).
More often than not it seems I pay to train the tech's to find the problem because they are not knowledgeable enough to do the work.
Sorry for the rant. But our new grain drying has already cost me more than our old used one on repairs. |
