If you ask enough people you will find a horror story with every company. They are in business to make money (though some put up a front that they are providing a service) and when you’re not profitable for them you’ll have problems.
I’ve been very disappointed before in “good” insurance like farm bureau and I’ve been totally impressed by some cut rate insurance we had when wife backed into a telephone pole. A good agent is great, but at the top level they all are about the same. | |
